Public bug reported:
I frequently have multiple users logged in on my laptop. When starting
from standby and logging in to the current user, wifi connection is
regularly blocked. NetworkManager appears to try connecting from the
other user which seems decisively quicker. This is throwing an error
message with the uid of the user apparently already trying to connect.
Actually, all non-used wifis are shown as "connection in progress",
while "connect" to the actual wifi network is not clickable.
NetworkManager on the other user cannot connect though because finishing
the connection apparently requires being logged in at that exact moment.
Wifi connection is not achievable therefore in the current user.
Logging back in to the other user to solve this wifi issue is doable in
my case, but only since it is me controlling both accounts. In any case
it is a tedious procedure. I guess it just wasn't ever tested during
development?
