When checking the "System Monitor" it is always "tracker-miner-fs-3" consuming all of the resources. I have been having problems with tracker-miner since 20.04 LTS and so I upgraded to 21.10 and I'm still having problems with search indexing bringing my system to its knees and making Ubuntu clunky and unusable. After doing this, my system is running perfectly again with low CPU usage!
