Do you mean the desktop menu?

IIRC, it matches entries based on their individual descriptions and
names.

You can edit the launcher by right-clicking on the entry.  You can
change it so that the 'Description' field includes the term 'GPG'.

I did this and it worked for me on Linux Mint, but this is a Linux
distro, so Your Mileage WILL Vary.

Bug description:
  Seahorse does not show as an option when typing "gpg" in HUD but it
  should.  It is being offered as a choice when typing "password".
