I've gotten around the bug by: * Shutting down cups service * Deleting * /etc/cups/printers.conf* * /etc/cups/classes.conf* * /etc/cups/subscriptions.conf* * Rebooting * Adding printer using the "Additional Printer Settings" button rather than the "Add" button on initial screen
