Title:
New Ubuntu logo's white rectangle has too much contrast with the black
  background of the boot screen

Status in plymouth package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  0.9.5+git20211018-1ubuntu2

introduces the new Ubuntu branding logo.
The white rectangle supporting the new Ubuntu dotted circle does not look
good to me.
Too much contrast with the black background.

Not a big deal and for sure just my opinion.
