Thin line over the top rigth and left corners of GTK3 windows when

Bug description:
When a GTK3 window is unfocused a thin line appears over the top
corners. It does not appear when the window is focused or in apps that
do not use client-side controls.
Attached screenshot shows the bug on the calculator and nautilus.
