OS: jammy update on 2022/03/28, Wayland mode, tablet or screen keyboard
enable.
Steps:
1. touch gnome-terminal and see OSK
2. hide OSK
3. swipe up from the button of the touch monitor
Expected:
OSK re-appears
Actually:
OSK does not re-appear.
Is this by a design change, or a new bug? On focal, can't reproduce this
issue.
