Title:
  Black screen after resume from sleep

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Problem: Screen is black when resuming from sleep. Only a few grey
  squares are shown.

  Software: Latest Ubuntu 22.04 (updated 21st of february). Nvidia 495
  drivers.

  Hardware: Ryzen 5900x, Nvidia 3080ti GPU.

  Configuration: Wayland at login screen.

  Analysis: Maybe Video RAM is purged during sleep and then it is not
  restored when resuming.
