  [nvidia] When resume from suspend, monitor keep blinking and don't
  show the whole desktop.

Bug description:
  [Reproduce steps]

  1. Install jammy beta.
  2. Install nvidia-driver by ubuntu-driver install
  3. Suspend the system by clicking the button at the upper right corner.

  [Expected result]

  Should re-enter to desktop.

  [Actual result]

  Screen keep blinking and don't show the desktop screen.
  According to reaction of the system, it seems to login already, I can press 
ctrl+alt+del to pop out a logout menu.
