Bug description:
Earlier this week, I cherry-picked commits from GDM. One of those
commits isn't needed because we distro-patched some fixes for Nvidia
hybrid graphics in Ubuntu 22.04.
The GDM commit disabled Wayland in that situation but since Wayland
works, we don't want to disable it.
