Title:
Incorrect Window Resizing for Extension Settings

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Issue with gnome-extensions-app

While the main Extensions windows behaves normally when being resizes,
for Extension Settings, when dragging the bottom corner up, the top of
the window also goes down. If I drag the bottom corner down, the top
edge goes up... See screenshots attached. I each case, I only adjusted
the bottom corner, yet, the top edge moved which is not consistent
with the normal window resizing behaviour.
