Bug description:
gnome-control-center 42 changed its .desktop file and app ID.
Some packages have adapted to the namechange.
To avoid introducing known bugs, I'm filing this bug to keep these
updated packages in -proposed until we update gnome-control-center
later in the 22.10 development cycle.
