Ok I fixed, reading the journalctl I found the issue, the problem was that I
deleted the original system user and for some reason the user was still as
autologin in the gdm3 configuration
Can be closed

GDM3 is failing to switch users, it also crashes when you log out

Bug description:

3: After a resume from suspend you are able to switch users.
3: After log in you can log out.
4: After a resume from suspend, the login screen fails to display the
other users when I try to switch users (by clicking the small icon
with two heads on the button right of the screen), it just keep asking
the last logged user and password.
4: I also found that log out ends in a black screen with a cursor
blinking on the top left, only way to resume is to restart gdm3 from
another terminal.
