three packages have been held back due to unmet dependencies

Bug description:
I just upgraded my ubuntu from 21.10 to 22.04. Post upgrade and
reboot, when I ran `apt update && apt upgrade` from terminal, I got
some packages have been kept back. Upon further investigation I found
the following errors:
