Impact
------
This updates the GNOME version number shown in the GNOME Settings > About
dialog from 42.0 to 42.1
Also updates translations (won't be seen until the next language pack update)
And a minor build fix.
Test Case
---------
Install the updated packages
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down in the left sidebar and click About
The GNOME Version should be 42.1
