There is no longer a 30 second limit in the screen recorder included in
Ubuntu 22.04 LTS.

Bug description:
Gnome3 have an ability to record a screencast using alt+shift+ctrl+R
hotkey combo.
After pressing this combination, a red dot appears in the top panel,
and a screencast starts. But it lasts only 30 seconds and stop
recording after that.
