Bug description:
[ Impact ]
When you click the icon of the app in the dock to open it for the
first time and then immediately right click to see options, everything
freezes and you are forced to reboot.
[ Test case ]
- Under wayland, open an application and immediately right-click its icon
- The shell should show the application window that has just been opened in
the windows submenu, and continue working
[ Regression potential]
No windows previews are showing in the application menu
