Thanks for the bug report. Please start by removing unsupported
extensions:
cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell
rm -rf extensions
and then log in again.
Does the problem still occur? If so then while it is happening please
run:
lspci -k > lspci.txt
journalctl -b0 > journal.txt
and attach the resulting text files here.

gnome-shell[3502]: Key repeat discarded, Wayland compositor doesn't
seem to be processing events fast enough!

sometimes keys repeat(and slight system freeze / hitch) whithout holding key.
