Public bug reported:
setting ieee80211ax=1 in the hostapd.conf results in a unknown
configuration error. 802.11ax is supported in V2.10 of hostap, so it's
likely that the make config flag is not set properly to enable this.
Need to update CONFIG_IEEE80211AX=y and recompile.
