Bug description:
  Impact
  ------
  The only thing this update does is update the GNOME version number shown in 
the GNOME Settings > About dialog from 42.2 to 42.3

  This is desired for Ubuntu 22.04.1 since we are mostly use GNOME 42.3

  Test Case
  ---------
  Install the updated packages
  Open the Settings app.
  Scroll down in the left sidebar and click About
  The GNOME Version should be 42.3

  What Could Go Wrong
  -------------------
  Because this is part of core GNOME, it falls under the
  https://wiki.ubuntu.com/StableReleaseUpdates/GNOME
