On the same PC I have also another install of Ubuntu 22.10 installed by a different (older) ISO and with different applications installed. On this second system i do NOT have the problem. I executed 'apt list --installed' on both systems with output on pko.txt for the failing system and pok.txt for the good system. Attaching the diff file between: diff pok.txt pko.txt > diff.txt
