Public bug reported:
Observed on 22.04 amd64 and armhf.
The bug is tracked for network-manager under
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/NetworkManager/NetworkManager/-/issues/1045
and it seems that it is easily fixed.
I want to kindly ask to update the network-manager package in the Ubuntu
repository with a fixed version.
