Ethernet does not connect any more and is not usable

Bug description:
Network-Manager finds networking hardware lan based, but is not able
to connect. DHCP times out without sending or receiving packages.
This is since the last upgrade from today, 6th June, 2022. At about 10
o'clock CET.
Wireless networks work as intended, but not lan.
