[Current Case] When launching the gnome Yelp icon under category 'Get more help'/community support the user is forwarded to https://ubuntu.com/support/community-support and needs to click 4 times to actualy get to the irc channel list to get support [Wislist] Please add a more direct link towards the Ubuntu irc support channels from inside Yelp/get more help so the user can get a better support experience.
