Bug description:
There is a bug in beamer v3.65 which is fixed in beamer v3.66. A full
description along with the workaround you currently have to use is
given at https://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/641909/package-
option-for-xcolor-is-not-being-properly-used-in-beamer .
It would be great if an updated version of texlive with the newer
version of beamer could be packaged up for jammy.
