These key sequences affect the currently selected/foregrounded Window, e.g. the goneme-terminal flickers the text up and down, changes window focus and inputs control characters scrambling the typed commandline. Controlled typing on the commandline is nearly impossible this way, text is garbled (see screenshot attachment). Pausing the video stops this behaviour.
