OK went through and added any thunderbird apparmor denials that were occurring into /var/lib/snapd/apparmor/profiles/snap.thunderbird.thunderbird, as well doing similar for a seccomp violation that was showing up. Still no luck, same bug. Only thing in journalctl when I try thunderbird --compose is:
