Title:
xfce4-screensaver / Black screen after resume with locked screen

Status in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Scenario:
  - Install Xubuntu-22.04 without any modification.
  - In the energy settings, select "standby" and "lock screen when..."
  - Goto standby with button in the "Start" menu, or with "systemctl suspend"
  - Resume, pushing the button at the docking station (Dell PR03X)

Black screen shown. Ctrl-Alt-F2 switches to the console; system is running
normal.
xfce4-screensaver-dialog is running - nothing good for.

Alt-ctrl-F2 + Alt-ctrl-F7 does not resolve the issue.

This worked fine on Xubuntu 20.04., presenting the password dialog for
  unlock.

Without screen locking, resume also works fine on 22.04.
The use of xfce4-screensaver-dialog seems to provoke the issue.

Graphics Controller (rev 09)

This bug is a security vulnerability because screen locking cannot be
  used in conjunction with suspend/resume.
