Title:
Gtalk Contact's Messages Show Up In Multiple Instances

Status in “telepathy-indicator” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
One of my Gtalk contacts' messages show up 3 times in the message
indicator. Opening the message indicator and pressing clear both don't
work to remove the notifications. Clicking them takes me to the chat
window but they don't go away in the indicator. This may have
something to do with Google's multiple readings of contacts thanks to
G+ contacts being in circles. They sometimes are listed multiple times
  in the Contact List.
