Fullscreen causes screen blinks

Bug description:
Every fullscreen window program that have screensaver inhibiter option
causes black blinks every few seconds, for example SMPlayer. If I turn
off screensaver inhibit in SMPlayer screen doesn't blink. But not
every fullscreen window program have that option.
