  Cannot save VPN configuration without CA certificate when using
  password

  In Ubuntu 20.04 (Release 20.04) in Settings > Network > VPN, I cannot
  add a VPN after putting in all the settings.  The "Add" button is
  greyed out.  I cannot select "Add".
