Title:
Multi screen, popup opens on wrong screen

Status in GNOME Shell:
  New
Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  2 monitors. (join displays mode)
  left@1920x1080
  right@2560x1440(primairy)

When right clicking the desktop, a popup shows for creating folder,
  settings, etc.

This popup is not always showing on the screen the mouse currently is
pointing.
It does happens not constantly but i noticed it happens more often when
switching screen the mouse is pointing to.

  So to reproduce:
right click desktop on left then immediately go to the right desktop and
right click again (this will close the popup on the left screen) so right again
on the right screen. repeat the double right click on the left screen to
observe the effect again. you can keep going switching screens to observe.

Also note: distance from the screen boundry does not seem to affect
the location of the popup when the effect happens.
