Resizing a VM's window while it's in the activities overview changes
to the desktop

Bug description:
What Happened
1) Open GNOME Shell to the activities overview
2) Change the resolution (eg if using a VM resize it)
3) Notice that we switch to the desktop view
What I expected to happen:
At step 3 to remain in the activities overview.
$ apt policy gnome-shell
