I verified the SRU by installing the gnome-shell from proposed, 42.5-0ubuntu1. The test succeeded.
I followed the test cases in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DesktopTeam/TestPlans/GNOMEShell. For the test case 1, I couldn't notice any problem in any of the 4 sessions, with moving windows, tiling, application panel etc. For the test case 2, I enabled all the extensions without error. To the best of my knowledge of their functionality, they behaved fine.
