[xorg-edgers] add dependency on kernel-package for all packages
containing DKMS modules

Bug description:
A missing `kernel-package` seems to cause failure of DKMS with error
message `ERROR: Kernel configuration is invalid.`. Installing `kernel-
package` provides `include/linux/autoconf.h` and
`inlude/config/auto.conf` which fixes the issue.
experienced with `nvidia-343` 343.36-0ubuntu1~xedgers14.10.1 on Ubuntu
14.10 amd64
