Public bug reported:

Got a document to sign via DocuSign. Signed it, followed the "view
completed document" link provided by DocuSign, downloaded the "combined"
document.

Observed behaviour: Firefox opens the PDF without issue, evince fails.

Expected behaviour: evince opens the document without an error, just
like Firefox.

Don't know how repeatable this is, can't attach the document because of
its contents, can't generate a new one. I hope an example of a DocuSign-
ed document can be found on-line to help reproduce the issue.

Workarounds: use another PDF viewer
