I'm not sure which packages exactly but have heard the fix is coming in
gnome-shell 44~rc (not in beta).

Wrong icons in the dock at boot

Bug description:
At each boot the icons in the dock are wrong (left column of the
attached image) then i open gmome-tweaks - icons active are Yaru - I
select another icon set, the go back to Yaru end the icons change to
the correct type (right column of attached image)
