Title:
  Team Fortress 2 blinks in fullscreen

Status in gnome-shell package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Team Fortress 2 started blinking in fullscreen mode after recent
  system upgrade. I attached part of apt.log showing two latest big
  upgrades. TF2 stopped working as intended after upgrade in 2023-03-16.
