  language and region > login screen > formats does not display United

Bug description:
  When there are multiple accounts on a machine the "Language and
  Region" settings screen shows a "Login Screen" section. Under the
  "Formats", if "Canada" is selected then the UI shows "Canada",
  however, if "United Kingdom" is selected then the Formats section
  displays "United States".

  It displays correctly under the "Your Account" section.

  I have attached a screen recording to demonstrate.

  This is on Lunar.
