Bug description:
[Impact]
* The enrolled finger is unknown to device
[Test Plan]
* Find a machine with Goodix fingerprint device
* Clean up the storage of fp device by `manage-prints`
* Launch `settings` and enable `Fingerprint Login`
* Enroll left index finger and right index finger
* Login with right index finger
[Where problems could occur]
* This is only affected goodix fingerprint device
