there until proven otherwise. I also don't expect to see anyone working
on either bug before kinetic reaches end of life in July so this will be

Sometimes after normal workflow or plugging and external monitor to
the laptop, some app windows get placed behind the dock and the top
bar seen in the attached screenshot for the gnome-terminal.
