The Debian version list of files look like translations that were automatically
stripped for Ubuntu-
https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/libgsf-1-common/filelist
It shouldn't be required or recommended and add to the default
installation over NEWS.gz. This highly optional file could even be
included in libgsf-1-114 itself.
