You have been subscribed to a public bug: gnome-shell memory usage is getting worse every hour by exhausting more than 4 GB OF RAM and then getting frozen for some minutes till it get crashed without logging out the user (which means all my USER's running processes didn't get killed anyway and are being running in the background)
