Window is moved to foreground on screen when clicked on it's title-bar What happened instead? Window stays in background "behind" other windows on screen when clicked on it's title-bar This behavior is noticed for Thunderbird, Libre Office, Webex, Visual Studio Code, ... But not for Nautilus, Firefox, Gnome Tweaks, ...
