Bug description:
On Ubuntu Focal
[xdmcp]
Enable=tue
ShowLocalGreeter=false
in /etc/gdm3/custom.conf enabled XDMCP.
But the same config. has no effect in Groovy.
This is observed on Raspberry Pi 64bit.
