Title:
  Display size detected incorrectly

Bug description:
  Since upgrading from 16.04 to 18.04, my LG 34" (Model 34UM68-P) is
  only detecting as 1920x1080@16:9 where is should be 2560x1080@21:9.

  I tried the 18.10 live USB and the same issue is happening.
