Bug description:
What happens when booting immediately from Windows to Ubuntu is that
the mouse scrolls multiple lines at time. This problem doesn't happen
when booting to and using Windows 10.
WORKAROUND: https://sourceforge.net/projects/resetmsmice/
WORKAROUND: Once the problem has stopped in Ubuntu, avoid booting into
Windows.
