Public bug reported: I have Ubuntu 22.04 clean install + updates (installed yesterday). I have used super + alt + s to get screen reader working on this article:
https://snapcraft.io/blog/snaps-how-we-got-here At the time I was either in Firefox or in Edge browser installed through deb downloaded from Microsoft, I am not sure. When I pressed the shortcut the voice said "screen reader on" and it started reading. Then I disabled it by using my mouse and clicking in the system tray on accessibility icon and the option to disable it. When I disabled it the voice DID NOT say "screen reader off" but instead orca process started using 100% of one CPU core and it remained like that until reboot. Killing orca process was not possible via system monitor in GUI. After reboot I cannot reproduce the issue.
