[Olivier has left
Canonical](https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/D140803#5731628) and
the patch has been taken over by :bandali. I'm therefore re-assigning
the bug for clarity.

Also, considering that the majority of the work is in extension code,
I'm moving the bug to WebExtensions.
