Public bug reported:
On 23.10 Ubuntu Mantic Minotaur (development branch). Noticed this when
upgrading to gnome-shell 45~beta.1-0ubuntu2
While the cursor itself behaves normally on portrait mode (I can fully drag
around windows and click on things normally), how it's drawn is not. It seems
like the cursor is being drawn as if the monitor is in landscape mode? When
moving my invisible up and down cursor near the top of my Portrait Right
monitor, the drawn cursor on the top moving left and right. Moving the cursor
to the top of my monitor causes the drawn one to hit the right side, and moving
my cursor downwards causes the drawn one to go off-screen to the left.
Notably, the mouse is the correct orientation.
In Portrait Right at least, my monitor is physically vertical but the
"monitor" that the mouse was drawn on is rotated 90 degrees clockwise
with the top right corner aligned.
